In attendance at the presentation were Tim Simpson, Town of Perth Chief Administrative Officer, Leitch. Larry Sparks, Chair of the hospital's Board of Directors, Elaine Turner, Community Outreach Coordinator of the Perth and District Community Foundation, Stepanuik and John Fenik, Mayor of Perth."
