5% of this fund is used annually for PDCF Community Grants that specifically support opportunity for children and youth who would otherwise be financially unable to participate in the arts or athletic endeavours.

The Smiths Falls Montague Fund was established by residents of Smiths Falls and, with the advice of the fund signatories, is used to help charitable initiatives in the area of Smiths Falls/Montague.

This scholarship is awarded to a graduating student who is a resident Perth, the Township of Tay Valley, the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley or the Township of Lanark Highlands and continuing their studies at college, university or trades program.

Established in 2011 with help from Best Western Hotel and Spa in Perth as part of a national initiative of Community Foundations Canada. It is targeted towards youth at risk (specifically child and adolescent mental health needs and initiatives) in Perth and the western half of Lanark County.
